Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner, who at an earlier occasion, was present before the learned lower Court, absconded and on account thereof, the matter is pending for appearance as is evident from the report submitted by the learned lower Court vide Letter No.111/2019 dated 07.05.2019.
The unscrupulous litigant should not be patronized, who intentionally, purposely, malafidely allow the proceeding to remain pending by way of his disappearance.
Consequent thereupon, instant petition is dismissed.
