Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for
the O.P. No.2 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
In spite of complying the order dated 02.05.2019, an adjournment has been sought for at the end of the petitioners and that indicate the conduct of the petitioners.
Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed.
However, considering the nature of the litigation, in case, there happens to be proper mode of offer at the end of the husband, then in that circumstance, the learned lower Court will try to resolve the dispute.
