Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 534 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 326 liters of illicit liquor from the courtyard of the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 15.10.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Saharsa in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 534 of 2018.
