Gone through the report submitted by the learned lower Court in pursuance of order dated 02.05.2019, wherefrom it is evident that some of the accused has not appeared while the six accused persons, who got bail on 02.07.2008, became absent, whereupon their bail bonds have been cancelled and for the last so many years, the matter is pending for appearance. That happens to be reason behind pendency of instant complaint

petition since the Year 2007 and that speaks the conduct of the petitioners, which did not justify the prayer.
Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed.
However, the learned lower Court is directed to take
legal effort in getting the appearance of the accused persons at an earliest.
