The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2018 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.161 of 2018, registered under Sections 376, 420, 34, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire occurrence is false and concocted and has been motivated to make the petitioner compel him to marry with the informant, who is already married.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant herself is involved in several cases in which she is on bail. It is further submitted that on the basis of such false allegation, petitioner is languishing in jail.

Having considered the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner, Vivek Kumar @ Vivek Kumar Singh @ Sonu, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.161 of 2018.
