08.03.2019, the incorrect police station case number
has been typed at paragraph 2 of page 1 and also paragraph 2 of page 2 as instead of “Jamui P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018”, it has been recorded that the petitioner is in custody in connection with “Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018”.
The said mistake is accordingly corrected in paragraph 2 of page 1 and paragraph 2 of page 2 of the said order.
The case number may be read as “Jamui P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 instead of “Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018”.
The order is modified to the extent as indicated above.
