Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 registered under Section 399/402 of the I.P.C. and section 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to high handedness of the police. There is recovery of only one cartridge from the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
