Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Sudhir Mukhiya has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45572 of 2019 on 23.07.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
