3 26-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 124C of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the D.P. Act.
Case is under Section 498(A) of I.P.C. and allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant, is of subjecting the complainant with respect to demand of rupees ten lacs.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Further, they have no criminal antecedents.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the complainant, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances as stated above, this application is allowed. Provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioners vide order dated 25.01.2019 is confirmed.
