The petitioner has challenged the order dated
09.06.2009 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class,
Buxar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1581 of 2008, whereby the prayer made for discharge under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected as also the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by the learned F.T.C.-II, Buxar in Cr. Revision No. 162 of 2009, whereby the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate has been affirmed and upheld.

From the perusal of the records and the F.I.R., this
Court is of the view that no interference is required to be
made with the impugned orders.
