This petition has been filed against the order
dated 30.11.2018 summoning the petitioner for facing
trial along with other accused under Section 319 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.968 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2
Code of Criminal Procedure. Apart from the petitioner, another person also was summoned to face trial, who had challenged the order passed under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. before a Bench of this Court, which petition was allowed and the order of summoning was set aside.
In that view of the matter, Mr. Thakur, learned Advocate, does not press this petition as it has become infructuous.
The petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
