Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 394 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 364, 367, 370/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that six years old son of informant got traceless when he went to purchase toffee. The informant has alleged that he got confidential information that his cousin Kundan Rai and his son-in-law Rajesh Rai had kidnapped his son.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is son-in-law of informant. This case has been instituted due to family dispute The boy of the informant has been recovered. The informant has filed a compromise petition in the Court

below which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to bail petition.

The petitioner is in custody since 1.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM IV, Saran in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 394 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
