Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhuraiya (Bank) P.S. Case No. 40 of 1999 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is alleged to be an order giver only. In the present case, the police submitted final form. Charge has been framed. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
