Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.8 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. He would submit that in the instant case Rs.4,80,660/- was lootted by the unknown miscreants and the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Ravi Kumar has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of

this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIII-cum- Sub Judge XIV, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.8 of 2019.
