Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The impugned order reveal that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Balram Chouhan. FIR is against unknown. Some other co-accused, namely, Balram Chouhan and Md. Sohrab @ Chand have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.02.2019 and 24.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10472 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 8279 of 2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 447 of 2018 arising out of Sadar Police Station Case No. 196 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
