Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51923 of 2018 .
Submission of the learned counsel for the
petitioners is that some of the accused persons have been granted bail but the prayer of the petitioners has been rejected, as such the petitioners have suffered a lot and remained in custody for six months and allegation is similar to that of the other accused persons and the charge has been framed.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.Case no.119 of 2018, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is
allowed.
