The case is under Section 498A IPC and earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.5.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 14855 of 2017 .
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that relationship between the petitioner and his wife is restored and she is residing with the petitioner.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of the submission made above and the material available on record and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
