Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(b), 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8/10 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.12.2018. He further submits that he has been made accused in the instant case on account of local politics.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
