This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in

connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happens to be the in-laws and the villagers of the deceased with allegation that they administered poison to the deceased and causing her death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they happens to be the in-laws and the villagers and

though there is an allegation of having administered poison to the deceased, but the witnesses during investigation have stated that there was quarrel between the husband and wife, due to that she has taken poison.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
