2 21-06-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all such points as has been taken in the present petition before the learned trial court at the appropriate stage.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same preferably within a period of six months from today inasmuch as it appears that the witnesses are not being secured for the purposes of recording their evidence and according to the petitioners no prosecution witness has been examined after 9.7.2017.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of

as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
