Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
A LCD T.V. and a mobile phone was seized from the house of the petitioner, suspecting that the same were stolen property. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.
Submission is that the recovered items were purchased property of the petitioner.
