The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons committed murder of informant’s sister and threw her dead body in a wheat field to conceal the evidence.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitionerss that the petitioners are in custody since 31.05.2018 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.267 of 2018 arising out of Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. case No.11 of 2015.
