Heard Shri Dilip Kumar Tiwari for the appellant, and Dr. Anshuman for the respondent Bank, and perused the impugned judgement dated 19th September, 2018. The learned Single Judge has refused to entertain the plea of the appellant against the transfer order observing that the appellant’s transfer order did not suffer from any infirmity.
We dispose off this appeal, without prejudice to the rights of the appellant, upon the dismissal of the writ petition, it shall be open to the appellant to represent the matter before the

Bank for any such redressal relating to transfer and the Bank shall pass an appropriate order, preferably within six weeks of the date of presentation/receipt of such representation, in accordance with law.
