This appeal has been filed against the dismissal of a review application on 29.08.2018 that was filed against the judgement of C.W.J.C. No. 19596 of 2012 decided on 22.11.2017.
There is no challenge raised to the original judgement dated 22.11.2017. It is only the rejection of the Review Application which has been assailed.
We see no reason to entertain this appeal in absence of any challenge raised against the judgement of C.W.J.C. No. 19596 of 2012.
The appeal stands rejected.
