This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 29.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12720 of 2017 (Baba Rajaram Das Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) whereby the learned Single Judge has been pleased to dismissed the aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 12720 of 2017 saying that petitioner has not showed any paper that rishikund fair is being held on raiyati land.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to

withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to file a review petition in accordance with law.
Prayer allowed.
The period for which the appellant has been pursuing
the present appeal shall not be counted for the purposes of limitation.

merits.
The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
