5 27-07-2018 Affidavit of jointness of K. Mitra with near relative no. 1, namely, Kumkum Mitra has already been filed and accordingly, service upon near relative no. 1 is accepted as valid service. Furthermore, near relative no. 2, namely, Jayanti Sinha and near relative no. 3, namely, Aparna Guha have filed caveat and objection, which is accepted. Accordingly, objections filed on behalf of above stated near relatives are treated as written statement and accordingly, this test case is converted into test suit. The defendants must serve copy of caveat and objection to learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff within two weeks.
