05 23.08.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
This petition has been filed for restoration of F.A. no. 188/2004 which stood dismissed on 27.2.2017 due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 17.2.2017.
It is informed that applicant was directed to file deficit court fee of Rs 13.85 ps. but unfortunately, the aforesaid deficit court fee could not be deposited within time as fixed by the court vide order dated 17.2.2017.
