Prima facie case for contempt was made out, at least amongst some of the Contemners. However, besides what they have stated in the affidavits by way of apology, they, in unison, undertake before this Court that in future all judicial directions and orders will be complied in letter and spirit and within the time-frame indicated in the orders, unless such orders are otherwise interfered with by any superior forums or extension of time is prayed for and granted by the Court or the orders stand modified.
