Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 89 of 2001 within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order fixing the case on day to day basis and the parties present before the court are expected to extend all sorts of cooperation in disposal of the aforesaid suit within the stipulated period.
