Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the ‘University’).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with

liberty aforesaid.

¶18

If a representation is filed within four weeks from today before the Vice Chancellor/Registrar of the University, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.
