It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the relief prayed in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.03.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1807 of 2014. He submits that the instant case may also be disposed off in terms of the order passed in the said C.W.J.C. No. 1807 of 2014 as the instant petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 1807 of 2014.

Considering the agreement between the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed off in similar terms as the order dated 25.03.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1807 of 2014. The respondents in view thereof would be obliged to consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as in the said order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1807 of 2014.
