2 25-06-2018 Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.10, Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat, is filling up the lands of the petitioner and other villagers by putting earth and acting in a manner which adversely affect the lands of the petitioner and other villagers to use of their land in question.
If that be so, we direct the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order along with a detailed complaint before
