Considering that the petitioner seeks to raise an issue of
her appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika pursuant to a selection process which took place in the year 2013, in view of amendment so brought on record, whereby any selection process having delayed for a period over a year has lost its efficacy and requires to be filled up by a fresh selection process, I am not persuaded to grant any indulgence to the grievance raised.
The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authority concerned if she fulfils the eligibility criteria to apply
