Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts as well as private respondent no.7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present case are identical to the case of C.W.J.C. No. 6673 of 2016 (Ravi Kumar Jha Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) that has been disposed of on 14.05.2018 where by this Court has directed to decide the issue that who will be the Manager of the Trust.
