Heard the parties.
Petitioner is the wife of retired teacher Md. Ilyas (deceased) who was teacher of government aided Minority school. Petitioner prayed for payment of leave encashment with interest, in view of the order passed by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 23/2015 in the case of Charley Lazarus vs. The State of Bihar Ors dated 03.08.2015, upheld by the Division Bench LPA 1856/2016 dated 16.03.2017 and in view of the Bihar State Litigation Policy 2011 wherein for similar matters the State would grant similar reliefs.
Considering the submission of the parties, this writ application is allowed with direction to the respondents to pay the dues of

leave encashment to the petitioner, as per the entitlement without any delay preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
