Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, learned counsel for the Accountant General Bihar, Patna as well as learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

The petitioner retired on 31.01.2013 from the post of Assistant Teacher from the Middle School, East Masdi, Sultanganj, District- Bhagalpur. It has been submitted that pension has been fixed and a PPO in this regard has been issued by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna enumerating pension as Rs. 10970/- w.e.f. 01.02.2014 by letter

dated 20.01.2015 and the D.C.R.G. has been calculated at Rs. 48322/- as contained in Annexure-2. It is further submitted a letter has been written by the Respondent Bank to the petitioner for verification by the Treasury Officer, so that payment could be made.

Since, all the dues with regard to the pensionery benefit of the petitioner has been calculated and sanctioned by the Accountant General, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Treasury Officer, Bhagalpur to forward the said PPO to the Bank, where the petitioner is maintaining her account and the same shall be paid to the petitioner within one month of receipt/production of copy of this order.

This writ application is accordingly, disposed of.
