Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedet.

¶15

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. he submits that victim has not made any statement against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on

Case No. 67 of 2018 on the condition that bailors should be family members including the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
