The petitioner seeks bail in Khajekalan P.S. case No. 220 of 2018 registered under Section 411/414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, a police officer, alleged that he got information that theft auto rickshaw was being repaired for sale. On such information, the police went there and found one auto rickshaw bearing registration No. BR01PE- 6230 in front and registration No. BR01PC- 0866 in back. The accused persons started fleeing away but the petitioner and one Ranjeet Rai were apprehended.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the auto rickshaw

recovered by the police by the side of road. On similar allegation, Ranjeet Rai has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67934 of 2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. case No. 220 of 2018.
