3 14-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.
Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ramnagar PS Case No. 262 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.
Submission is that the FIR is against unknown, the petitioner has been made accused merely on the basis of suspicion as he was last seen along with the deceased, who was a dancer in the Orchestra of which the petitioner was Manager and he is in custody since 18.9.2017 and investigation has been completed moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Saheb Mian @ Saheb Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar PS Case No. 262 of 2017.
