ORAL ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Though, prayer for anticipatory bail of these two petitioners have been rejected while with regard to others allowed vide order dated 06.07.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Supaul in A.B.P. No.775 of 2018, the order impugned. From the finding recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, it is evident that the case of the petitioners would have been treated in similar manner and that being so, in case of surrender at the end of the petitioners, the learned lower Court would consider the finding so recorded hereinabove.
With these observation, instant petition is disposed of.
