Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 469, 470, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is that they got appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher by placing forged certificate which was detected in course of inquiry.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners have already been terminated from their job and moreover, there was some misconception regarding the genuineness of certificate of petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, cum Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 757 of 2017 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
