The petitioner seeks bail in RPF/Jamalpur/Workshop/ Port Case No.1/2018 registered under Section 3(a) RP (UP) Amendment Act, 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and Md. Rafique are arrested and from their possession different railway properties worth Rs. 5000/- is said to have been recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2018. The petitioner had remained in jail for about 3 years and he has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
