It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Manoj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Rai and Ranjan Kumar having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner have been granted pre-arrest bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018 and 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36825 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 47125 of 2018 respectively.

the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
