Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467,468,420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.7.18 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 49881 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that money receipt which was annexed by the informant in earlier case in the counter affidavit was a forged document and does not bear signature of the petitioner which may be verified from the forensic science laboratory.

This Court finds that prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 05.07.2018 on merit after considering all the documents filed by the petitioner as well as the informant.

The counter affidavit was filed by the opposite party no. 2 after serving copy of the same on the petitioner. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this petition. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner again stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order
