The petitioner seeks bail in Balmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 48/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 354A and 354B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of POCSO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner that while informant was going to attend her tuition class, the petitioner stopped the motorcycle and caught the dupatta of informant. When the informant raised Hulla , the petitioner started fleeing away and in the process he fell down after dashing with the cycle of informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 48/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
