The petitioner seeks bail in Kartahan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He was standing on the road to get tempo for going to his sasural and he was arrested by the police. Petitioner has no concern with the Motorcycle as mentioned in the seizure list. As per seizure list Motorcycle has been recovered from main road, near Hanuman Mandir.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
