2 07-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
It has been alleged at the end of the informant Suresh Harijan who happens to be full brother of petitioner no.1 Naresh Harijan that in the background of dispute over lifting of soil, these petitioners along with others armed with lathi came, abused and assaulted as a result of which he himself along with Veena Devi, Ranjan Harijan, Raju Harijan, Manti Devi, Rajesh Harijan sustained injuries. It has also been disclosed that teeth has also been broken.
Considering the allegation being omnibus in nature, petitioners Naresh Harijan, Umesh Harijan, Mukesh Harijan are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
