Informant, after getting down from a train was in a way to go to his brother who lives at Gur Ki Mandi, was intercepted by the armed goons. On the pretext of Chhura as well as fire-arm they took away mobile, charger, ear-phone and cash etc. then thereafter, the informant met with police personnel disclosed the event, whereupon, the police personnel chased the miscreants and out of them, petitioner was apprehended. On search, from his possession mobile, charger, ear-phone were recovered. As per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is under custody since 30.04.2018.
Accordingly, petitioner Chandan Kumar Rajak is
