The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sri
Nagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 dated 13.12.2015 instituted for
the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
One Ful Kumari Devi has lodged the F.I.R alleging that the petitioner and others forcibly came to her land and started erecting a house. On protest by her husband, one Naresh Das is said to have given a farsa blow on his head, leading to his death. The son of the informant was also assaulted by one Pradeep Kumar by means of a sharp cutting weapon. Thereafter, in a general and omnibus manner, it has been alleged by the informant that petitioner and others assaulted the other members

of the family by means of lathi, farsa, bhala etc.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Naresh Das is the author of the fatal injury on the person of the husband of the informant (deceased). Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.06.2017.
For the facts stated above, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Sri Nagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015.
