learned APP.
On getting confidential information regarding
assemblage of accused a raid was conducted and during course thereof, other managed to escape while three persons were apprehended including that of petitioner. Furthermore, from the possession of Rahul Yadav one country made loaded pistol, one mobile and a motorcycle (Hero Honda Glamour) were recovered while from the possession of petitioner one live cartridge, one mobile and a passion-pro motorcycle were recovered, from the possession of Hemant, one mobile and a pulsar motorcycle were recovered for which seizure list was prepared. On interrogation, Rahul had disclosed names of other co-accused who managed to escape and further, also made inculpatory extra-judicial

confessional statement regarding his involvement along with other relating to two other incidents.
Considering the discloser having been made under para-3 of the petition with regard to absence of criminal antecedent and being under custody since 28.04.2018, petitioner, Aman Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.Hat PS Case No. 277/2018.
